Navigate the Experience Hall Like a Pro

updated on September 18, 2025

The Emergency Nursing 2025 experience is not complete without making a stop at the Experience Hall, which is open today from 11:15 a.m.-4 p.m. and Sept 19 from 9 a.m.-noon.

Wander the expansive space to check out the latest innovations in emergency care, including live demonstrations of products and education sessions from exhibitors. Attendees can further enhance their clinical skills by participating in hands-on learning activities. The Experience Hall even offers some respite from the hustle and bustle of the conference with areas for rest and relaxation.

At the Experience Hall, exhibitors are on hand to demonstrate their products.

Exhibitors: More than 100 health care companies are on hand to showcase their products and services, including medical devices and supplies, apparel, software and technology, education programs, professional organizations, research, and staffing.

DisastER: Incorporating an actual helicopter and ambulance on the floor, DisastER delivers short sessions geared toward flight nurses and others interested in emergency nursing that takes place outside the hospital. In collaboration with the Air & Surface Transport Nurses Association, presentations include disaster response nursing and how to safely evacuate neonatal and pediatric patients during a hurricane.

ED Talks Stage: Stop by the ED Talks Stage for sessions from industry partners and experts on blood culture contamination reduction, ultrasound-guided peripheral IV programs, assessing mild traumatic brain injuries, how real-time fluid assessments will streamline ED throughput and many more topics to help ED nurses work more effectively and efficiently.

Posters: Selected research posters on topics ranging from street nursing to fall prevention are on display. The researchers are available in shifts for informal conversations about their studies Sept. and insights.

Sharpen Your Skills: Practice techniques such as basic airway management and chest trauma and pulmonary interventions at these hands-on learning stations. In addition, the ENA Emergency Nurse Residency Program team is challenging attendees to join in the friendly competition, Are You Smarter Than a Resident?

ENA Experience: This is your hub for all things ENA. Learn more about membership, education, publications, the ENA Foundation and career resources. The ENA Experience also invites attendees to participate in a fun activity designed to inspire thoughtful conversations and reflections.

“Whether you are a returning participant or new to conference, spending time in the ENA Experience area is a must-do. You can talk directly with our education content developers, learn about the many benefits of your membership and connect with peers,” said ENA Interim Director of Membership Mark Kardon. Look for special conference discounts and exclusive merchandise in the Marketplace.

Those who join or renew their membership at the ENA Experience will receive a special-edition water bottle and may participate in a scavenger hunt for stickers located both in and outside the ENA Experience while supplies last.

SIM Wars: The 16 teams are set for this annual competition that tests nurses’ ability to work together and provide the best patient care in a high-pressure simulation. Spectators are welcome to cheer on their peers as the nurses vie for the right to bring the championship belt back to their ED for the year.

Zen Den and the ENA Dog Petting Lounge: Two treat-yourself spots are stationed in the Experience Hall. Attendees may sign up for a free professional headshot or a chair massage in the Zen Den. On the other side of the Experience Hall is the ENA Dog Petting Lounge, a chance to decompress and meet furry friends ready for a little play time.

A schedule of DisastER and ED Talks Stage sessions, poster presenters, list of vendors and Experience Hall map are on the ENA website.
